• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and monthly/quarterly reporting packages
• Research and interpret accounting standards while advising on complex transactions
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks to support compliance with lender requirements
• Prepare and review disclosures, technical accounting memos, and management reporting analyses
• Manage, coach, and develop one direct report to support technical growth and operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a master’s degree is a plus
• CPA license (or equivalent certification)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience, ideally including both public accounting and industry experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal control frameworks, and technical accounting research
• Experience leading technical accounting projects and driving process or reporting improvements

• Exposure to IFRS standards
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Net Suite
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues clearly
