• Process and remit COBRA and Direct Bill premium payments accurately
• Reconcile carrier invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Serve as a contact for internal inquiries regarding remittance and reconciliation
• Monitor team inbox and manage workflow assignments efficiently
• Maintain customer information in accounting software and assist with special projects

• Must approach work in an organized and efficient manner
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks accurately
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must adhere to security policies and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Strong communication skills for reporting and documentation

• Experience in billing or accounting roles
• Familiarity with accounting software and processes
• Strong analytical skills to identify process efficiencies
• Previous experience in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to engage and contribute in meetings and discussions
