• Timely and accurate posting of cash receipts to customer accounts
• Balancing daily cash receipt input files to ensure completeness
• Assisting field personnel with cash-related research and transactions
• Communicating with customers regarding short-paid balances and unidentified payments
• Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve issues efficiently

• Multi‑division accounts receivable processing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of high‑volume data entry experience
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform v‑lookups and create pivot tables
• High school diploma or GED

• Experience with cash applications in a corporate setting
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting principles
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
