Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (40 hrs/week) | Pay Range: $17–$30 per hour (based on experience) + Commission | Job Type: Full-time

• Helping fellow car enthusiasts:
  Assist customers (both retail and wholesale) in picking the right parts for their classic cars.
• Problem solving:
  Walk customers through technical fitment questions and help troubleshoot installation issues.
• Customer service with personality:
  Handle phone, email, and live chat support while making sure customers get fast, friendly, accurate help.
• Social media fun:
  Post, reply, and engage with car lovers online using basic tools like Facebook and Instagram.
• Improving online listings:
  Help keep product descriptions, photos, and listings accurate and easy to shop on our website.
• Building relationships:
  Work with wholesale accounts, shops, and distributors to grow long-term partnerships.
• Teamwork:
  Jump in where needed, whether that’s answering questions, organizing promos, or helping customers in person.

• Personable, prompt, and professional

• Confident handling customer chats, emails, and phone calls
• Knowledgeable about classic cars and how they work (or eager to learn fast)
