Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) e focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising presentations to inspire guests and support sales.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests; sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and compliance with signing and merchandising standards.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests; support fulfillment by moving merchandise from fitting rooms to the sales floor.
• Adopt a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws (including adult beverage regulations where required).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and proactively assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Effective communication, ability to work independently and with a team, and capacity to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within set time frames.

• Cash handling as needed; ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely (lifting up to 15 pounds frequently; up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Facility may involve varying temperatures and elements for certain duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
