- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisor role in a manufacturing environment, or a related field, is required.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a high‑performing team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal and decision‑making skills to resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Experience driving Lean initiatives and embracing change to improve processes, efficiency, and team engagement.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and delivering top‑tier quality standards.
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, technical specifications, drawings, and prints.
- Must have good math capability and ability to understand and utilize those skills to support decisions and actions necessary to meet objectives.
- Able to use and understand all Microsoft Office programs while having the ability to learn new software and computer programs.

Pay RangePay or shift range: $80,000 USD to $100,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.
