Part-Time Overnight CNA Opportunity – Make a Meaningful Impact with Bright Star Care of Maple Grove & Andover!
Bright Star Care of Maple Grove & Andover is seeking a compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! In this position, you will work 26-30 hours a week. Shift times of 10 p‑7 a & 10 p‑6 a. If you're looking to make a difference while maintaining a flexible schedule, this is your chance to bring your heart to work.
Pay Range: $20‑22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in‑home care experience)
Bright Star CNAQualifications:
- Current In‑State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- If you are a HHA (no CNA), a minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings is required.
- A Valid Driver’s License (Permits not accepted) + Auto Insurance
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be at least 18 yrs or older
- Empathy for the needs of the client
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive to Client Homes
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
- Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.
- Report Client Condition Changes
- Follow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well‑being.
