Family Medicine Physician - Coon Rapids Clinic

Overview

Health Partners is looking for a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our Primary Care team at Health Partners Coon Rapids Clinic. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

• Practice as a Family Medicine physician in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Perform a range of in-clinic procedures.
• Be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Outpatient practice experience preferred as part of clinic services.
