Overview
Health Partners is looking for a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our Primary Care team at Health Partners Coon Rapids Clinic. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
Responsibilities- Practice as a Family Medicine physician in an outpatient setting.
- Maintain board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Perform a range of in-clinic procedures.
- Be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities.
- Join a team that is supportive, respectful, and committed to the mission of Health Partners.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Outpatient practice experience preferred as part of clinic services.
