Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer Field-based (operating from Cookstown Depot) - £45k+ Cpl Ni are pleased to work with a leading equipment rental company to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer. This role is full-time and permanent. Duties:
* Carry out maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy plant and powered access machinery.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently.
* Provide technical support and advice to customers on equipment use and maintenance.
* Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Criteria:
* Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of plant or heavy equipment.
* Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Great attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Confident communicator with good customer service skills.
