Senior Quantity Surveyor – Enisca

Location:

Cookstown, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

To drive commercial performance across multiple projects based at either Cookstown or Ilkeston.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of projects from tender handover through to final account. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, champions cost awareness, and ensures strong financial outcomes.

  • Strong experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of construction or engineering projects
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and reporting skills
  • Confident communicator able to lead commercial discussions and influence project teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, drive cost awareness, and implement solutions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative approach, working effectively with operations, finance, procurement, and site teams
  • Commitment to best practice, continuous improvement, and high‑quality commercial delivery
