Job Title – Senior Engineer - £100M Commercial Project

Project – High Rise, RC Frame

Job Location – Manchester (Weekly Travel)

Salary – £50K - £55K plus package

With the project you will be involved overseeing lots of piling, bulk excavation, structures and finish.

Applicants must be capable of overseeing the Engineering team on the site, previous RC frame and piling experience is essential.

Criteria

• HND / Degree Qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Engineer with a Main Contractor in the UK or ROI
• Site Safety Pass up to date
• Must have experience managing piling and bulk excavations for high rise developments
• Proven record of leading a team of engineers
• RC frame structure experience
• Piling experience
• Experience with high volume/ value projects

Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager & Contracts Manager
• Responsibility for all day-to-day construction related issues
• Overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring productivity levels are high and work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintaining an exceptional high standard of health and safety
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
• Manage sub-contractors and involvement with meetings
