These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to lead high quality early years provision and make a real difference to children aged 0 to 4 years and their families.
Responsibilities- To have oversight and responsibility for a designated group of children, their families, and their key workers.
- To supervise/line manage early years workers in the team as well as students/volunteers as required.
- To plan, implement and evaluate a curriculum appropriate to the age group and individuals’ needs of the child, including the room layout, and resources to meet the children’s needs.
- To operate within a key worker system observing, reviewing, and evaluating a child’s progress including the maintenance and retention of accurate notes and records (manual and computer) to inform planning.

- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development or QCF Level 2 in Playwork or Childcare Learning and Development (or an equivalent qualification)
- Relevant experience working with children aged 0 to 4 years

- Experience of supervising, mentoring or supporting staff within a childcare or early years setting
- Experience of communicating effectively with parents/carers regarding their children s needs

This role will lead the delivery of our Killeenan Developmental Programme, ensuring children experience a safe, nurturing and stimulating early learning environment.
- Lead and support an Early Years team
- Deliver high-quality developmental sessions for young children
- Use your knowledge of child development to identify early learning needs
- Observe, assess and record children s progress
- Develop individual action plans and contribute to reviews
- Build strong relationships with parents carers and partner agencies

This is a really exciting leadership opportunity to take the lead on Gold Sure Start s Outreach Play Programme, bringing play based learning directly into communities.
- Lead and coordinate the Outreach Play Team
- Plan and deliver engaging play sessions
- Create inclusive, safe and stimulating play environments
- Support early intervention
- Work closely with families in community settings
- Collaborate across disciplines to support children and families
