The Role We are seeking a Response Maintenance Administrator to support a busy Response Maintenance Team with day-to-day administrative duties. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads and targets efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage email and telephone enquiries from internal teams and members of the public
* Provide a professional and friendly level of customer service, handling telephone calls from customers
* Take ownership of a designated contract, ensuring deadlines are met and that tenants, management, and contractors are kept informed
* Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date diaries
* Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
* Provide administrative support to the wider response maintenance team
* Assist with general office duties as required in a busy working environment Experience & Skills Required
* Previous administrative experience is desirable, though not essential, as full training will be provided
* Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
* Capable of working on own initiative and remaining accurate under pressure
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
