Store Delivery Driver

Overview

Cookeville, TN, USA – Full‑time Delivery Driver

• Deliver parts to customers with a passion for building relationships
• Picks up parts from vendors, ensures accurate stocking and inventory checks
• Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering
• Serves as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Builds long‑term relationships with customers
• Maintains truck through safety checklists, vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance (e.g., tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

• Love to work independently, enjoy driving safely, and engage customers face‑to‑face
• Take pride in work and focus on safety and reliability each day

• Student or retired, want flexible scheduling

• Agile to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) using stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash and part returns correctly
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Able to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
