• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience
• Strong HVAC experience required
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Working knowledge of:
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Appliance repair
  • General apartment maintenance
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate vendors
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotation and perform physical, outdoor work

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff
• Complete and oversee service requests and apartment make‑readies
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Train and mentor maintenance team members
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budget
• Coordinate vendor services and inspections
• Provide prompt, professional service to residents
