Maintenance Supervisor – Cypress Creek Apartments (112 Homes)Location: Cookeville, TN

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Cypress Creek Apartments
, a 112-home community in Cookeville, TN. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who values stability, takes pride in their work, and is ready to grow with a respected multifamily management company.

- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience
- Strong HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Working knowledge of:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Appliance repair
- General apartment maintenance
- Ability to lead staff and coordinate vendors
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to participate in on‑call rotation and perform physical, outdoor work
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff
- Complete and oversee service requests and apartment make‑readies
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Train and mentor maintenance team members
- Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budget
- Coordinate vendor services and inspections
- Provide prompt, professional service to residents
