• Career Path and Pay Ranges:
• Restaurant Manager - $63,000 to $75,000 (plus continuous service bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for having a 4-year degree)
• District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - $83,000-$113,000 (average time to promotion 1-3 years)
• Division Manager (6-9 restaurants) - $109,000-$138,000 (average time to promotion 3-5 years)

• Three 10-day paid vacations per year
