Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist our members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot and help members with their purchases.
• Ensure carts are ready and available, assisting members with loading their vehicles.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Be a problem solver tackling obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Safely conduct safety sweeps, follow procedures for handling merchandise and report unsafe situations.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
