CARE of Putnam County is a 175-bed skilled nursing facility offering services from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. We are committed to advancing person-directed care and quality outcomes, with a focus on compassionate care environments and teamwork.

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
