Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring travel experience and a TN or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Emergency Department of a hospital

• Night shift schedule with 3 x 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Patient ratio is 1 nurse to 5 patients

• Work schedule may include weekends based on unit needs

• No on-call responsibilities

• Must provide copy of Driver's License and Social Security Number for credentialing

• First time travelers will not be considered for this assignment

• Work schedule flexibility may be required to accommodate unit needs

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience

• Previous travel nursing experience required

• Certifications required:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Two professional references needed for consideration
