What You’ll Do as General Manager- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments while ensuring policies, procedures, and brand standards are met.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel budget, improve operational efficiency, enhance guest service programs, and lead weekly departmental meetings.
- Strategic Partner: Represent the property in ownership meetings and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Development: Motivate and develop your team through coaching, performance feedback, and goal setting.
- Guest Experience Champion: Lead with a guest-first mindset and deliver consistently exceptional service.
- Team Spirit: Bring a positive, energetic attitude as we work hard and collaborate together.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and 2 years of General Manager experience (hospitality preferred).
