This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cookeville, TN, for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, assessing and monitoring patient needs, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, and educating patients and families about health management. Additionally, the Registered Nurse will maintain accurate and confidential patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
• Proven ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide patient and family education
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus
• Prior experience in home health, hospice care, or related healthcare settings is highly desirable
