Plant Operations Engineering Manager

Overview

We are looking for a talented Plant Operations Engineering Manager to join our team.

Location of the role is Cookeville, TN, United States
- On-site (relocation may be provided to those that qualify and currently live within the US, sponsorship now or in the future will NOT be provided)

• Degree
  : A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor's degree or higher, required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Must have experience with Cost/Spending, Project Deadlines, Maintenance Employee efficiency/effectivity, downtime, critical equipment performance.
• Must have leadership and management experience to include having direct reports and indirect reports.
• 7 to 10 years of like experience is required.

• Manages the planning and execution of the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment. Also includes the management of the Manufacturing Engineering Department.

Base salary range: $132,176 to $146,861/year
