Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience in service coordination, dispatch, or front office support. The ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle multiple customer needs in a fast-paced environment is essential.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with service-related inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and product deliveries
• Maintain and update customer accounts and service records with accuracy
• Communicate clearly between customers and our technical teams
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Contribute to a positive team environment while adapting to changing priorities

Compensation ranges from $16 - $19/hr plus commission on sales, with opportunity for growth based on performance and contribution. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
