Position Overview:Southeast Connections, LLC, provides inclusive infrastructure solutions for the natural gas industry. The Equipment Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, and calibration of equipment related to natural gas operations. This includes troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues, as well as ensuring that all repairs and calibrations are documented accurately. Additionally, the Equipment Specialist will maintain inventory of necessary parts, coordinate ordering and receiving of parts, and ensure that all testing and calibration equipment meet industry standards.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist field workers by understanding and addressing their equipment needs, including troubleshooting and performing repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and engine components. Engine repairs can range from basic servicing, such as oiling and greasing, to more complex tasks.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of parts needed for repairs, including looking up part numbers, ordering, receiving, and submitting all necessary documentation in both the company and customer systems. Ensure that required parts are available for repairs in the field.
- Perform fieldwork and travel to various job sites as needed to support ongoing maintenance and repair operations jc.
- Ensure that all gauges, clocks and testing equipment are calibrated according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards. Perform regular checks and manage the process of sending testing equipment out for annual recalibration, maintaining all necessary documentation.
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, and calibration activities in both the company’s internal system and the customer’s system. This includes the inspection and maintenance of EF Processors, Moles, and Missiles, as well as tracking repairs and parts replacements to assure compliance with customer and industry standards.

Education/
Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Three to five years of hands‑on experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, preferably in the natural gas industry.
- Previous field service experience, with the ability to travel frequently to various sites for repair and maintenance tasks is preferred. nny.
