Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
Location: Onsite - Conyers, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a rotating Saturday shift every 6 weeks 7:30 am to 11:00 am
Responsibilities- Work together with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Use the CRM system and phone system effectively.
- 2+ years of HVAC sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.
$18.71 – $29.92 per hour (Monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
