Empower Home Team is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Buyer’s Agent to join our fast-growing Atlanta-area team. You’ll work with pre-qualified, motivated buyers and guide them through the entire home-buying process — from initial consultation to closing.

Our agents focus on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and closing deals
, while our inside sales and marketing team provides a consistent flow of warm leads. This role is perfect for professionals who are driven, coachable, and ready to grow their real estate career quickly

• Pre-qualified buyer appointments provided weekly — focus on converting leads, not cold calling
• Proven systems, scripts, and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and grow your career
• Weekly coaching, training, and mentorship to sharpen your skills
• Supportive, high-energy team culture that values collaboration and results
• Strong earning potential: $75,000 – $150,000+ commission-based with scalability

• Meet with motivated buyers
  , assess their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process
• Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM and lead-management systems
• Deliver a world-class client experience to generate referrals and repeat business
• Host team open houses monthly and convert leads (
  all leads are assigned to the hosting agent

• Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized for maximum efficiency
• Attend weekly sales training, Academy sessions, and team meetings

• Full-time availability and commitment to growing a real estate career
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and digital tools
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but drive and coachability are most important
