Empower Home Team is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Listing Agent to work with a steady flow of pre-qualified seller appointments. Due to our proven reverse-prospecting lead generation systems and dedicated inside sales team, we are experiencing an ongoing overflow of motivated sellers who have already requested an appointment. These are not cold calls — sellers are vetted, qualified, and expecting to meet with an Empower Home agent.

This role is ideal for agents who enjoy working with sellers and want consistent listing opportunities, strong training, and team support to convert appointments into closed listings. Why This Opportunity Stands Out • Pre-qualified seller appointments provided weekly

• Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing and selling process
• Conduct listing consultations and recommend pricing and next steps
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and proven systems
• Deliver a high-level client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
• Host team open houses (all open house leads go to the hosting agent)
• Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline updated for maximum appointment flow

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Coachable and team-oriented with a growth mindset
• Prior listing or sales experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing and selling process
• Conduct listing consultations and recommend pricing and next steps
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and proven systems
• Deliver a high-level client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
• Host team open houses (all open house leads go to the hosting agent)
• Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline updated for maximum appointment flow
• Attend weekly Academy training, coaching, and sales meetings

Compensation:
$75,000-$150,000 per year
