Overview
Outpatient Surgery Nurse Manager – Greater Atlanta
We7re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing outpatient surgery team in the Greater Atlanta area.

- Lead a tenured, close-knit team (~5 FTEs: Surgical Techs, MAs, front desk)

Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and day-to-day operations - Support:
Report to a Director of Nursing who oversees multiple centers
- Active RN license (GA or compact)
- OR experience required (inpatient or outpatient)
- Leadership experience preferred — but we welcome strong OR nurses ready for the next step
