Description of the Role
Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta is seeking compassionate and reliable
CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers
with
dementia care experience
to provide respectful, hands-on care for clients in College Park. Clients may require moderate to maximum assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily activities. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and comfortable providing higher-level support while maintaining dignity and respect.

• Assist with all ADLs, including bathing (bed bath), grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide moderate to maximum hands-on assistance
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
• Prepare simple meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding client needs and updates

• CNA, PCA, or caregiving experience, including dementia care
• Ability to provide moderate to maximum physical assistance
• Clear TB test results
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
