ResponsibilitiesJOB PURPOSE: Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.
Qualifications- Minimum
Education Required:
Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES). - Minimum Experience
Required:
2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience. - Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law: Current Georgia RN license, RCIS or RCES.
- Additional Qualifications: BLS and ACLS.
