Licensed Esthetician – Oncology Skincare & Aesthetic Services
Compensation: $20–$22/hour + 5% commission on services/products

About the Opportunity: Dr. April Spencer, a renowned Breast Reconstruction Specialist, is seeking a licensed esthetician to join her compassionate, patient-centered practice. This is a meaningful and deeply rewarding opportunity to support women on their healing journey following breast cancer treatment.
We are looking for someone kind, professional, and service-oriented—someone who truly loves caring for others and finds joy in helping patients look and feel their best.
You’ll provide facials, Hydrafacials, and Cool Sculpting treatments, as well as support the launch of Dr. Spencer’s exclusive oncology-safe skincare line, developed specifically for her patients. With an already established and loyal patient base, this role offers both purpose and potential.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality facials, Hydrafacials, and Cool Sculpting services
- Educate and guide patients through post-reconstruction skincare options
- Recommend appropriate skincare products, including Dr. Spencer’s proprietary line
- Maintain a serene, hygienic, and welcoming treatment space
- Support a team culture rooted in compassion, professionalism, and care
- Active esthetics license in the state of Georgia
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics or oncology skincare preferred
- Proficient in Hydrafacial and body contouring treatments (Cool Sculpting)
- Warm, empathetic personality and strong communication skills
- Passion for empowering women and delivering exceptional service
