Process Engineer

Pay: $90-110k

Process Technology: thermoforming, injection molding

Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete projects of varying sizes and durations
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and designers to optimize processes
• Lead process failure investigations and implement long‑term solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication and processing improvements
• Assist with assembly and disassembly of process equipment
• Troubleshoot and implement engineering solutions to enhance operations
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes
• Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and product quality
• Create test parameters and analyze performance data for process optimization
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and three (3) years of related experience in a thermoforming and/or plastic injection‑molding environment focused on process optimization, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence
• Experience analyzing production equipment, processes and materials, and solving issues
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot engineering issues
• Experience in developing SOPs and continuous improvement plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer, regardless of visa status or transfer
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check
• Valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report upon hire and ongoing ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
