This company is a leader in the Atlanta market and is currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. Position Responsibilities:

- Estimate commercial flooring projects
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints
- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy of estimates
- Provide post-bid project management support

Position

Essential Job Functions:

- Ability to accurately estimate project costs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position

Skills:

- 2-5 years of experience estimating commercial flooring projects
- Strong knowledge of the flooring industry
- Proficient in estimating software
- Excellent math and analytical skills

Benefits:

- Competitive salary of $70-90k
