Job Title: Field Support Intern

Location: Conyers, GA (Remote Field Service)

We seek a motivated Field Service Support Intern for a project‑based internship focused on developing critical technical skills in support of the DFR divisions of Hill Phoenix Case, Systems, Specialty & Anthony. The intern will assist services management with support, process development, documentation, and creation of knowledge‑management tools. This role requires 50 % travel.

Assist in driving improvements to the CO₂ assisted startup process for new advanced refrigeration systems, decreasing startup durations and improving consistency. Responsibilities include critical analysis and documentation of the current process, development of new tools, identification of design improvements, and enhancement of overall product performance. The intern will work towards structural goals with guidance from the manager.

• Enrollment in a 4‑year degree program
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Analytical and conceptual thinking with logic, reason, creativity, and strategic thinking
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Problem‑solving ability for complex issues
• Engineering or refrigeration‑related curriculum
