Job Title: Sales and Admin Receptionist
Location: 21 Regency Circle, Aberconwy Resort & Spa, Conwy, North Wales
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Company: Darwin Escapes has 18 destinations across the United Kingdom. The group offers roles across food and beverage, grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, entertainment and management.

• Handle all telephone and personal enquiries courteously and promptly.
• Meet and greet guests, with provision of refreshments when required.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Accurate cash handling.
• Ensure resort information is up to date and relevant.
• Provide admin support to the sales team as needed.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
• A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous for travel to and from the resort.
