We are looking for a Sales Admin
Receptionist to join our team at Aberconwy in Conwy, North Wales
. Rate of pay £12.21.
This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 16 hours across 2 days, Monday and Sunday and will include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

AboutThe Role Main responsibilities
- Handle all telephone and personal enquiries courteously and promptly.
- Meet and greet all guests, with the provision of refreshments when required.
- Deal with all customer queries and complaints immediately and courteously.
- Accurate cash handling.
- Ensure all resort information is up to date and relevant.
- Provide admin support to the sales team as needed.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential for this role. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.

Required Criteria- Right to Live and work in the UK
- Excellent customer service and strong communication.
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
- Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred.
