We’re thrilled to be launching a brand-new supported living service in Llanrwst, Conwy
, and we’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our amazing team.
This beautiful, newly refurbished property will become home to three vibrant, independent ladies who are active in their community and excited to meet staff who can support them in growing their skills and independence.
They’re looking for team members who are:

What You’ll Be Doing:As a Support Worker, you’ll help people with learning disabilities live full, independent lives. From daily activities to emotional support, you’ll play a key role in their everyday joy and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Great communication & relationship‑building skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings & weekends
- A positive, empathetic approach
- Full UK driving licence & your own car (or reliable local transport access)
- Welsh language skills are a bonus – not a must!
Our services offer 24‑hour care – rotas are shared at least 4 weeks ahead so you can plan life outside of work.
24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro‑rata for part‑time) + a variety of benefits including pension.
Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

£12.60 per hour + excellent employee benefits
£37,259 per annum, pro‑rata + excellent benefits
