Architect​/Architectural Technologist

We are looking for a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our architectural practice based in Chester or Conwy. We are looking for the right individual to join our young and ambitious team, with strong design skills, technical knowledge and experience of leading projects through all work stages.

We are a growing practice established five years ago with a varied and exciting upcoming workload including larger scale community and education buildings, social and private housing developments, and one-off domestic projects. Our studios are based at the easily accessible Chester Business Park, and at the Conwy Riverside Business Park with the historic town centre within walking distance, and we offer the option of hybrid flexible working to suit your personal requirements.

We are a sociable practice with a passion for sustainable and community led design and are looking to grow our team with like-minded individuals. Salary is dependent of experience with annual profit share offered to reward performance and business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Varied job-running experience through all work stages
• Sound knowledge of UK planning and building legislation
• Revit proficiency is desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team within the studio environment
