Key Requirements:

- Qualifications:

ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect preferred, though applicants at Part 2 Assistant level will also be considered.

- Location:

Candidates based locally to Chester preferred (West Cheshire, Wirral, North-Wales, etc)

- Experience:

UK-based, practice-based experience. Minimum of 18 months in total.

- Skills:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with presentation abilities.

- Technical Proficiency:

Experience with REVIT and AutoCAD is preferred but not mandatory.
