Location:Place of work is Newport, but this role is very much travel based throughout Southeast/Southwest Wales, Gloucester and further afield (such as Devon and Cornwall) on occasion.
Hours:Full-time, 5 days per week (3–4 days on the road, 1–2 days office-based).
The roleAs Wales's leading property auctioneers it is imperative that we create high-quality virtual tours of properties across our portfolio. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused individual to join our team and take ownership of capturing and processing property tours.
This is a hands-on, varied role combining time on the road visiting properties with office-based work uploading, editing and managing tours.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a busy schedule and travelling across South Wales and the West to capture tours.
- Visiting properties to capture virtual tours.
- Using provided equipment to photograph and record properties to a consistent standard.
- Uploading, checking and processing tours in the office 1–2 days per week.
- Ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and consistency across all captured tours.
- Working closely with the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Keen to gain hands‑on experience.
- Comfortable with a repetitive but important task, working efficiently and to a high standard.
- Tech‑savvy and able to learn new software and tools quickly.
- A confident driver (full UK driving licence essential), with your own well maintained vehicle.
- Reliable, organised and able to manage their own time on the road.
- Happy working independently as well as part of a team.
- Has an interest in photography, but experience in this field is not essential.
