Join WM (formerly Waste Management) for a full‑time CDL truck driver role on swing routes. The position starts benefits effective day 1 and includes paid time off.

• Operate a heavy‑duty commercial vehicle on residential, commercial, and construction routes.
• Adhere to OSHA and DOT requirements and company policies; maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the standard Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and log all findings for corrective action.
• Report unsafe situations, service calls, incidents, and equipment issues to Route Manager or Dispatch promptly.
• Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings.
• Collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problems.
• Assist other drivers as directed and complete all route documentation.
• Dump containers, leave customer locations clean, and place containers appropriately.
• Submit customer tickets for excess yardage and ensure containers are upright and not blocking driveways.

• Minimum 2 years operating a vehicle requiring a CDL.
• Equivalent military driving experience within the last 7 years.
• At least 18 years of age, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and hold a current Class B CDL.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, hearing.
