Regional Homes Conway is looking for professional, motivated, career‑minded salespeople to sell our award‑winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments in the area. We value our team and reward our team members for their hard work.

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

• Closer and Negotiator state of mind
• Strong communication skills
• Out of the box thinker – Creative
• A proven background in prospecting
• Amazing follow up with prospects
• Ability to be a team player
• Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
• A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
• Integrity is a must
• Ability to prioritize & multi-task

• Draw + Commission = potential $200,000/Year
