Life Insurance Sales Agent – Full Time, Field Role
Location: Conway, South Carolina

We serve modest‑income families with frequent personal visits for premium collection and service needs. You will begin with an existing book of business and have the opportunity to grow your agency.
Responsibilities- Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
- Continuously prospect for new sales opportunities.
- Collect premiums from policyholders according to a pre‑arranged schedule.
- Respond promptly to policyholder service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, and other needs.
- Keep accurate records, account for money collected, and process paperwork.
- Increase the agency size and build strong working relationships with customers.
- Devote required time to fulfill all responsibilities of the position.
- Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to visit customers and prospects door‑to‑door.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with 100%/300% auto insurance coverage.
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check and drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Preparation- Licensing – We provide assistance and guidance to those preparing to sit for licensing exams.
- Basic Training – New agents complete a development program that includes self‑study, classroom time, role‑play, and extensive fieldwork.
- On‑the‑job training that allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning their profession.
