Position Summary

The Principal serves as the educational and operational leader of ACA, driving student achievement, faculty excellence, and community partnerships in alignment with Pinnacle Charter Schools’ mission and standards. This role ensures ACA’s continued growth as a forward-thinking, high-performing learning community.

• Provide visionary instructional leadership that promotes high academic standards and student success.
• Lead and develop faculty and staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee school operations, budgeting, enrollment, and compliance with charter, state, and accreditation requirements.
• Partner with Pinnacle to guide curriculum development, assessment, and continuous school improvement.
• Build a positive school culture that values respect, responsibility, inclusivity, and teamwork—both in academics and athletics.
• Engage actively with families, community partners, and higher education institutions to enhance opportunities for students.

• Master’s in Educational Leadership (Doctorate preferred)
• State principal certification or eligibility preferred
• Minimum 5 years teaching and 3 years in leadership
• Experience in charter, private, or innovative school settings highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills

• Dual Enrollment Team – Director and staff, in partnership with TTC
• Parents and Community Partners – to support student success and strengthen ACA’s presence in the community

• Provide strong instructional leadership to ensure high levels of teaching and learning.
• Support and implement curriculum and instructional programs aligned with state standards and Pinnacle charter goals.
• Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, staffing, student discipline, and safety procedures.
• Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and support faculty and staff to foster professional growth.
• In partnership with Pinnacle analyze student performance data to guide instructional decision making and school improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Pinnacle leadership, parents, and community partners to enhance educational outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and charter regulations, including reporting and accountability requirements.
• Manage the school budget and resources efficiently to support academic and extracurricular programs.
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and equity among students, staff, and the broader community.
