Position Highlights Call rotation 1:3, moving to 1:4 with additional hire Average 25+ patients per day Two days in OR, 2.5 days in clinic, 0.5-day administrative time Full clinical support with dedicated nursing staff Patient panel includes newborns through geriatrics Access to head and neck cancer specialists Onsite audiologist and subspecialty audiology support

Services Offered Head and neck tumors Tonsil and adenoid surgery Thyroid and parathyroid conditions Facial plastic surgery Removal of facial lesions and skin cancers Facial trauma and nasal/facial fractures Voice and swallowing disorders Hearing loss, tinnitus, and hearing aids Parotid gland issues Bell's palsy Impacted earwax and ear infections Deviated septum and perforated eardrum Chronic sinus disease and Meniere's disease Nosebleeds Surgical management of snoring and sleep apnea

Ideal Candidate Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology Skilled in full-scope ENT care for all ages Comfortable with both medical and surgical ENT services Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach
