Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Conway, SC for an Accounts Receivable/Payables Clerk. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, handling invoices, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to ensure efficient financial operations and providing accurate financial reporting to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Finance and Accounting tasks
  • Experience using Accounting Software and tools
  • Strong skills in Invoicing and account reconciliation
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a related role is preferred
