We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Kia Conway in Conway, AR. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, providing information about Kia vehicles, and guiding customers through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Provide information about Kia vehicles, features, and options
• Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives and financing options
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of Kia vehicles and features is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean background
