Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Maintains area by handling returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.;
Provides member service by reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, and identifying member needs.;
Assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.;
Maintains self-checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, and processes purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.;
Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering new program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
