Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Greet members, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with purchases at registers or the self-checkout area.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist members with locating merchandise and answering questions as needed.
• Process member transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures; provide guidance on member self-service technology.
• Support a fast-paced front-end environment, prioritizing member satisfaction and timely service.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and follow relevant handling guidelines.

• Minimum qualifications:
  
  Customer service and retail experience, including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register); ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to stand for long periods.
• Preferred qualifications:
  
  Experience working with mobile retail applications; strong problem-solving skills; commitment to delivering high-quality service to members.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation premiums may apply in specific circumstances. The actual hourly rate will depend on location and applicable minimum wage requirements.
